There's this voice in our heads that reminds us of every single one of our mistakes, telling us we're less than we think we are, making us feel guilty, trying to scare us with all it's might. It's name is Doug.
After some time we become numb to it's eternal brickbat but they still hurt, sometimes even more than in the beginning.
And when we finally learn the truth, it's our choice if we'll see it as a part of ourselves and grow with it's help or if we'll let it burn us to ash.
